You may only exchange a purchased product, within 7 days from its delivery date, by return shipment, without stating any reason. For your return/exchange to be approved it is absolutely necessary for the receipt to be included inside the package. In case that the returned product does not come with it's legal proof of purchase, any return/exchange will not be approved by our company and the package will be sent back to you. No refunds will be made.
Please note, that all shipping return costs are to be paid solely by the customer. You will be charged for the return shipment upon receiving your exchanged item. For more information regarding return costs, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may only exchange the purchased item for the same item or a different one,based on availability. We will not accept exchanges of any other kind. Should you decide to return a purchased product, please be advised that you will have to make a new order for every next purchase.
All items should be returned unused, and with their tags attached. We will not accept any items that are damaged, or soiled, and we may send them back to you, and by all means a refund will be refused.
All shoes should be tried on carpeted area only.
Swimming suits, bikini bottoms, and underwear are not subject to returns or exchanges for the sole reason of hygiene.
